No I am not lost!!

It has been a while once again since I have blogged. And, I am going to get back into it since well, I feel that I need to, and I have missed it. So here is a little what I have been up to lately!! These little cutie pie sisters where just a riot to be with. I think their cuteness was unstoppable and I really couldnt stop the shutter button, it just kept clicking and clicking and clicking and click.........

Lovin on a special friend and family member

Last week I got a call from a family that had received news earlier in the week that their dog Bailey was diagnosed with lymphoma. What dreaded news!!! Dogs become a part of us, a part of our hearts. They are family members and you just cannot imagine life without them. Somehow dogs just seem to know what to do to comfort us when we are down, they are so cute, and know the right time to come snuggle with us. They know how to look at you with those cute puppy dog eyes when they want something.
The family wanted to have special memories of their sweet Bailey with them to remember their loving dog by. I met them down at beautiful Aquinas College, where Bailey could just be a dog and run, and the family could just take all these memories in. Bailey even decided that she still wanted to be the pups that she is and ran right into the pond and got all wet. Even thought she was wet, she was still full of energy and cuteness. Bailey sure captured my heart when I first met her. The love that this family has for her is full in their hearts, I could tell.
It was a true honor to capture these memories, and I cant thank you enough!!

All because two people fell in love

What a great night to be part of this family of 50+ people for a photoshoot!! What a blessing to be in this family full of love for each and every person there. This couple - Mr. and Mrs. VanDyke sure have been blessed many times. God is good all the time, all the time God is good!!! When you see this family, I am sure between all of them they have had their fair share of ups and downs, but then you look at each person in this family and say that God is sure good ALL THE TIME!!!

Sweet baby E

All I can say is "AAAHHH" baby sweetness!!! I love it!!! This little guy came to me with his mommy. I have taken his brother and sisters pictures before, and they are cute, but when this little guy came to me, I just wanted to take him home. He was so sweet, and so good!!! And, so sweet!! Wait...I said that already!!! Thanks baby Elijah for being such a good little guy. Cant wait to take more pics of you in the future.

This guy is cute!!! Need I say anything more? Last spring I held a cutest kiddo contest for those that submitted their kiddos pictures to my Facebook page. This little guy won with the most votes, and I got to capture him a week or so ago. I just want to pinch him, he's so cute!!! Oh and his little friend he took with him is "Dog". He didnt want to separate from Dog, but that is who he loves, so Dog needed to be in the pictures too!!! :)

A couple Saturdays I had the unique priveledge of working with so many families in my mini sessions in the apple orchard. We went out to Motmans Apple Orchard in Standale, and what a great place to work in. The morning started out frigid so I put on my many layers, and it ended up being a beautiful day for pics.
