In the mood for some wedding photography

I am looking to get some wedding photography under my belt and start continuing in the photography business as doing babies, children, families, seniors, but also I would love to start doing weddings. I never thought that I would like to do weddings, and I always thought of myself as doing just portraits alone, but a lot of prayer lately has led me to think that God has something else in store for me.

Portraits are wonderful, I love getting to know families, and working with infants, and children, and I LOVE working with seniors, but weddings are such a special time of everyones life and they are the starting point of infants, children, families, and seniors. A wedding is what begins all of that. Without the weddings, you don't have the infants, children, families and seniors. So my prayer continues that God will continue to guide me on the path that he is leading me, and if this truly is something that He has in store for me - I will be honored to be part of the special days of those that bring two into one and start the process of the family.

I have done some pictures of my wedding ring for some marketing and I thought I would pass them along on the blog. I intend to do some more pictures of flowers and such as they come along.

If you know of anyone that is looking to get married in the near future, or that just got engaged, please pass the word along.

Caleb - 6 months

Oh my!!! Boys and their bald heads - they are so much fun!!! This little peanut was just too ADORABLE and fun!!! Caleb and his mom came to visit me the other day, he is just a little bundle and did I say his bald head just ate me right up. What a little man he is!!! Calebs mom and dad are big Michigan fans so we had to get him already started into his Michigan getup. Calebs daddy and grandpa are also painters, so we were thinking that maybe Caleb can take over the business someday. ; ) Thanks Sara for sharing him with me the other day - I enjoyed snapping his cuteness!!!
